Sunday, November 21, 2004 Work last night was great... except for this one guy... he came into the store, yelling "Fuck!" for the whole time that he was there. He just started screaming and stuff. I was really scared...and then he said "Oh, you have no idea how it feels... I'm so excited." and then he came back 30 minutes later, doing the whole screaming thing again, and told us "I finally passed my message therapy exam, after my fourth time doing it!" HAHAHAHA... and then he said again, "Now I can make millions!" What a nutcase... si Monyet @ 11/21/2004 07:56:00 AM Friday, November 19, 2004 I just watched this amazing movie "Before Sunrise"... AMAZING... FANTASTIC!Definitely a MUST-see movie... and I wanna watch the next one "Before Sunset". Everything about the movie is just sooo deep, making the audience think hard, wonder about the same things, about life... anyone can relate to it... Not one second of watching this movie was I bored... I was sooo engrossed and focused.. I don't know how they did it... but the whole thing where they say that if a movie has too much talking that it was going to be boring.. bullshit! The whole movie, focused on these two people... talking about everything... NOT once did I find it boring! What a great script! If I ever become a screen writer, this is the type of work I wanna take pride in doing... Amazing... I'm running out of words to describe it... hahahaha There's this beautiful poem "Delusion Angel" written by David Jewell... very touching... The closing song is perfect also... "Living Life" composed by Daniel Johnston, performed by Kathy McCarty. I very much recommend this movie to anyone! So I'm gonna go buy this movie... if you're a movies collector, this is definitely something you must own in your collection! I am very impressed, I mean... everything about the movie is just sooo... well-done! I'm thrilled that I watched it and I would regret it if I hadn't seen it. Delusion Angel -By David Jewell Daydream delusion. Limousine Eyelash Oh, baby with your pretty face Drop a tear in my wineglass Look at those big eyes See what you mean to me Sweet cakes and milkshakes I am a delusioned angel I am a fantasy parade. I want you to know what I think. Don't want you to guess anymore. You have no idea where I came from. We have no idea where we're going. Launched in life. Like branches in the river. Flowing downstream. Caught in the current. I'll carry you. You'll carry me. That's how it could be. Don't you know me Don't you know me by now I better go to bed.. it's 2 am now... ta ta si Monyet @ 11/19/2004 02:04:00 AM Wednesday, November 17, 2004 Got this from my aunt... beautiful...>>THE TROUBLE TREE >> I hired a plumber to help me restore an old farmhouse, and after he had just >>finished a rough first day on the job: a flat tire made him lose an hour of work, his electric drill quit and his ancient one ton truck refused to start. >> >>While I drove him home, he sat in stony silence. On arriving, he invited me >>in to meet his family. As we walked toward the front door, he paused briefly at a small tree, touching the tips of the branches with both hands. >> >>When opening the door he underwent an amazing transformation. His tanned face >>was wreathed in smiles and he hugged his two small children and gave his wife a kiss. >>Afterward he walked me to the car. We passed the tree and my curiosity got the better of me. I asked him about what I had seen him do earlier. >> >>"Oh, that's my trouble tree," he replied. "I know I can't help having troubles on the job, but one thing's for sure, those troubles don't belong in the house with my wife and the children. So I just hang them up on the tree every night when I come home and ask God to take care of them. Then in the morning I pick them up again." "Funny thing is," he smiled," when I come out in the morning to pick 'em up, there aren't nearly as many as I remember hanging up the night before." >> >>THIS ONE IS WORTH SENDING ON. God Bless, Have A Great Day!!! si Monyet @ 11/17/2004 06:39:00 PM Sunday, November 07, 2004 This poem or whatever you wanna call it (it's freestyle, I never worry about making my writings rhyme) is dedicated to someone special in my life, a dear friend from my past who is also in my present and who will hopefully be in my future too. You know who you are, so... know that I'm there, anytime, if you need anything...You have my support, my friendship, my prayers, and my love ^_^ that's what friends are for Dearest friend, Life's full of pain Life's full of sorrow But ya see, that's the beauty of it Not so beautiful at the time, of course And that's also what's amazing about it Know always that... You never ever walk this journey alone Yes, that's right, you are never alone It may feel lonely and bitter But if you would only realize that... There is a higher force holding you together So you'd never fall apart All you gotta do is Call upon Him And He will be there surrounding you and inside you To make everything right again He will never desert you... Oh, no no no... He created you... If you create something so beautiful and unique Will you not care for that creation? Of course you will! Then He will always hold you up and love you, now matter what It's at times of suffering and hardship... like this time... That He carries you And that's why... You only see one set of footprints on the sand And those footprints are not yours Life's full of pain Life's full of sorrow But it's also full of smiles Life's full of love, full of happiness Full of questions but not enough answers Full of mystery... full of everything Life will not be worth living Without the pain and the bitterness, Because then you will never know how much you are loved... or who your true friends are And you will never reach your full potential So ride the ride, walk the walk, and run the race... Embrace life ... with open arms Because it is so precious that nobody and nothing can take it away from you Only if you let them be So pay no mind to those little devils around you that keep dragging you down Fly higher and chase your dreams And never ever let anything hold you back ^_* Wishing your happiness, Mathilda si Monyet @ 11/07/2004 11:28:00 PM Wednesday, November 03, 2004 I got this lovely email today...Put God First There once was a man who had nothing for his family to eat. He had an old shotgun and three bullets. So, he decided that he would go out and kill something for dinner. As he went down the road, he saw a rabbit and he shot at the rabbit and missed it. Then he saw a squirrel and fired a shot at the squirrel and missed it. As he went further, he saw a wild turkey in the tree and he had only one bullet, but a voice came to him and said "pray first, aim high and stay focused ." However, at the same time, he saw a deer which was a better kill. He brought the gun down and aimed at the deer. But, then he saw a rattle snake between his legs about to bite him, so he naturally brought the gun down further to shoot the rattle snake. Still, the voice said again to him, "I said 'pray, aim high and stay focused." So, the man decided to listen to the voice. He prayed, then aimed the gun high up in the tree and shot the wild turkey. The bullet bounced off the turkey and killed the deer. The handle fell off the gun and hit the snake in the head and killed it. And, when the gun had gone off, it knocked him into a pond. When he stood to look around, he had fish in all his pockets, a dead deer and a turkey to eat. The snake (Satan) was dead simply because the man listened to God. Pray first before you do anything, aim and shoot high in your goals, and stay focused on God. Pass this on in order that someone else might be blessed. Never let others discourage you concerning your past. The past is exactly that - " the past." Live every day one day at a time. And remember that only God knows our future and that he will not put you through any more than you can bear. Do not look to man for your blessings but look to the Lord. He can open doors for you that only He is able to do. Doors that you will not slip through but doors that only He has prepared in advance for you in your favor. Wait, and be still, be patient: keep God first and everything else will follow. That's right *_^ si Monyet @ 11/03/2004 10:23:00 AM |
